The Tulle Skirt – Full features layer upon layer of soft tulle that sits on a belt that can be added to any wedding or evenings gowns. These skirts can be worn over a short skirt, pencil skirt or even trousers. The tulle skirt can be removed in the night and the dress underneath becomes a different look. This Tulle Bridal Skirt has tulle all of the way around the belt in 5 layers .
