The rules by which I chose to live my life to be happier.

The rules by which I chose to live my life to be happier.

I have a healthy relationship with myself
First and foremost, I have a healthy relationship with myself, which includes honesty, caring, love, compassion, taking the time to listen to me, understand me, and know how I am in every moment of my life. When you have a healthy relationship with yourself, you can have a healthy relationship with everyone around you.

  Relationships are essential
Researchers have discovered what truly brings us happiness in life, and that is the quality of the relationships we have. And that's what makes me happy: being surrounded by people who make me feel "at home". People who make me feel loved, supported, accepted, with whom I don't feel judged, with whom I know I can talk about anything.

I rediscovered play and the joy of living
It's wonderful to know that my friends and I sometimes behave like children – we jump on the bed, laugh, cry, then laugh again, at ourselves.
There are two very important elements in my life, in our lives, in everyone's: play and the joy of living.

It makes me happy to contribute to the well-being of others
Another very important thing for me is to contribute to the well-being of others, to know that I can bring something good to someone else's life. It's something I discovered when I was little and that I have cultivated over time, because I realized that this brings me joy. No matter how upset I am, when I can do something good for someone, my mood immediately becomes better.

I practice gratitude not just with my mind, but with my whole heart
Gratitude is an extremely important element in my life and not just on a mental level. I simply feel it with my whole heart!

I surround myself with positive people
A very important thing for me, which contributes a lot to my happiness, is to surround myself with positive people. I like to be around people who want to evolve, grow and discover the best version of themselves. I find it very difficult to be in the presence of people who constantly have a negative attitude and who only see the glass half empty, regardless of the circumstances. This is why I have learned over the years to carefully choose the company I am in at any given moment. Time is the most precious resource we have.

I like to learn something new all the time
I like to learn something all the time, to evolve and develop myself. I like to keep my curiosity alive. I need to put myself in situations where I can learn all the time – from the people around me, from experiences. I need that.

  I don't procrastinate anymore
"It's better to regret what you did than what you didn't do" – I like this motto and I strictly adhere to it. When you want to do something, you just do it! Why? Because you may not get a second chance.
